Product Introduction
Our custom insulated flexible copper busbar is a core flexible power connection component independently developed and produced by professional Chinese manufacturers. It is laminated with multiple layers of high-purity electrolytic copper foils, integrated with seamless anti-aging insulation coating, abandoning the limitations of rigid copper bars. The product features excellent bending flexibility, stable electrical conductivity and reliable insulation performance. All production processes adopt precise CNC processing and automatic lamination technology, with strict dimensional tolerance control and full finished-product testing. Supporting full OEM/ODM personalized customization including size bending, punching, plating and insulation material replacement, it is widely applicable to various conventional industrial power connection scenarios, solving the problems of difficult installation, poor vibration resistance and low safety of traditional rigid busbars.
